Shadow Agent and Shadow A1 for RingCentral EX Customers - Service Disruption

Symptoms:  

Shadow Agent and Shadow All In One Analytics for RingCentral customers not able to log into their RingCentral account.

Problem:
Starting December 9, 10:30 AM ET,  several customers are reporting their inability to log into Shadow Agent and Shadow All In One Analytics.

Our authentication for RingCentral customers is done by RingCentral servers.  We have contacted RingCentral Engineers and awaiting a resolution.

We are working to provide a resolution as soon as possible.


RESOLUTION UPDATE:

December 9, 1:46pm ET

According to RingCentral Engineers:  There is an incident with general login. The issue also happens to the RC Web app and potentially with other RC login too. The issue is reported and being investigated.

December 9, 2:25pm ET

A portion of customers may be experiencing login issues. RingCentral Operations teams have confirmed that this issue is not affecting users who were logged in before the issue began. Teams continue to work on a fix for this issue. Updates will be provided as they become available.

December 9, 3:24pm ET

Several customers are reporting that the login issue has been resolved and they are able to log into Shadow Agent,  Shadow All In One Analytics and all RingCentral Apps.   We will not close this issue until further verification and an official statement by RingCentral.

FINAL RESOULTION:   

December 9, 3:26pm ET

RingCentral Operations teams have confirmed that the issue causing login errors has been resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care.
