RSI leadership will be attending WebexOne 2026, taking place October 5–8 at the Fairmont in Austin, Texas. We’re going to listen, learn, and spend time with the community building the future of Webex.
What WebexOne Is
WebexOne is Cisco’s flagship event for its collaboration and customer experience ecosystem, and this year it’s billed as the biggest AI event focused on customer and employee experience. The 2026 program runs hybrid — in person in Austin or virtual — with more than 200 hours of keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on technical labs, and partner and customer roundtables covering where AI is headed across collaboration, contact center, and workplace technology. The week closes out with a keynote fireside chat featuring Tom Brady on leadership and resilience, which is as good a reason as any to still be in the room on day four.
